Our experts built this because they know what it feels like to apply to 200 roles, spend your evenings tweaking CVs, and still hear nothing back. The platform exists to change that. Our job is to help you find one good role, not to keep you paying for longer than you need to.
Internally, we track something we call Placement Rate: the share of subscribers who cancel because they got hired. We ask everyone who leaves why, and when someone chooses “I got hired”, that is the result we are working towards. We earn revenue while you search, but our reputation rests on people actually getting placed.

Pricing FAQ
- Are there any setup fees?
- No, you only pay the monthly tier price. Every tier, including Starter, includes a 7-day free trial. We take your card details at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends on day 7.
- How do monthly limits work?
- Each tier has a fixed monthly cap on scored evaluations, CV drafts and interview prep packs, and the caps reset on the 1st of each month. If you reach your scoring cap, the platform switches to title-keyword matching and shows you an inline notice. If you reach your draft or prep pack cap, you will see an upgrade prompt. There are no overage charges.
- What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
- For evaluations, the platform switches to title-keyword-only matching, so you still see your shortlist, just without the AI-scored fit analysis. For CV drafts and interview prep packs, you will see a block with an upgrade prompt until your quota resets, which happens every 30 days from the day you subscribed. Either way, you will not be charged anything you did not agree to.
- Can I change tier?
- Yes, in both directions, from the customer portal. Upgrades take effect straight away, and downgrades apply at your next renewal.
- How does the founders' price work?
- The first 100 subscribers on each paid tier lock in a lower price forever. Starter founders pay £14/mo (regular £19), Pro founders pay £39/mo (regular £49), and Power founders pay £79/mo (regular £99). Once the 100 slots on a tier fill, that offer closes.
- Is annual pricing available?
- Not yet. Annual prepay with a discount is on the roadmap, but for now every tier is monthly with no lock-in.
- What about refunds?
- If you ask within the first 14 days of your very first paid period, we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that we do not pro-rate mid-period refunds. UK VAT is handled by Stripe Tax.
