Coaching by our experts

Senior careers do not move
by application alone. They move
by clarity and narrative.

Executive coaching for mid-career to senior professionals, delivered by practitioners who have sat on hiring committees, led large teams, and made the moves you are considering. UK-based, ICF and EMCC accredited, fully confidential.

20 minutes, free, no commitment. Mutual fit matters as much to us as it does to you.

Who this is for

Coaching for the moments that define a career.

NL

The newly promoted leader

You have just stepped up. The job is real, the team is watching, and the person who got you here will not necessarily get you through the first 90 days. You are inheriting relationships, decisions, and a culture you did not build.

We work on how you build authority without losing approachability, and how you handle what you inherited.

IC

The senior IC at a crossroads

You are a tech lead deciding between the management track and the principal path. Or a Big Four manager deciding whether to go for director or move to industry. Or an NHS consultant considering a medical director route. The choice feels permanent and the clock feels loud.

We work on making the decision clearly, not quickly, and on positioning you well whichever way you go.

EO

The exec on the way out

Redundancy, restructure, or a contract ending. It has happened fast or you have seen it coming. Either way, the question is where to land, not just where to look. The market for senior roles is smaller, less public, and more relationship-driven than most people realise.

We work on your narrative, your network strategy, and on landing somewhere you actually want to be.

BA

The board aspirant

You are a senior executive with a strong track record and you want a non-executive directorship. The path is not just a longer CV. It requires a different profile, a different kind of network, and a different way of presenting yourself to nomination committees.

We work on your board narrative, your NED CV, and on identifying the right companies and routes in.

What we work on

Six areas. All of them matter at the top.

Career narrative and positioning

Getting the story right is the foundation. We help you articulate what you have done, what you are ready for, and why you, in language that lands with hiring committees and boards.

Decision-making at scale

Senior roles mean high-stakes calls with incomplete information and competing priorities. We build frameworks for the decisions only you can make, so you make them with clarity rather than anxiety.

Stakeholder and board communication

Gravitas, brevity, and influence. We work on how you write for boards, present to executives, and hold a room when the stakes are high and the time is short.

Leading through change

Transformation, restructure, M&A. Change programmes are often where senior leaders are most visible and most vulnerable. We work on how you lead credibly through uncertainty, not just after it.

Conflict and difficult conversations

Peer conflict, board friction, or a direct report you need to address. We prepare you for the conversations that most people defer too long, and help you have them in a way that preserves the relationship.

Energy and sustainability

Senior roles have a real cost. We work on what drains you, what sustains you, and how to manage the personal overhead of being the person at the top of the decision stack.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to lasting change.

01

Free 20-minute discovery call

No commitment, no sales pitch. We understand where you are, what you are working on, and whether coaching is the right next step. You can decide it is not. That is fine.

02

Match with a coach from our team

We match you based on your sector, your level, and what you are actually navigating. You meet your coach before you commit. If the fit is not right, we find another.

03

A structured engagement, fortnightly

Typically six to twelve sessions over three to six months, fortnightly. Sessions are 60 minutes. Between sessions you have asynchronous access by email for anything that cannot wait.

04

Practical, measurable outcomes

You leave with documents, not just insights. Narrative frameworks, stakeholder maps, decision scripts, a revised CV if needed. Tangible things you keep and use.

They have led teams, run boards, made the moves you are considering, and hired the people you are competing against. They are anonymous by design, as on our experts page, but their credentials and experience are real and verifiable by sector.

What to expect

Outcomes, not just insights.

We are honest about what coaching can and cannot do. These are the things clients most consistently tell us they leave with.

  • A documented narrative you can use in CVs, interviews, board applications, and senior conversations.
  • Clarity on what you actually want, not just what looks credible on a CV or impressive at dinner.
  • Frameworks for the recurring calls you face, on delegation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
  • A trusted, confidential thinking partner. The kind of peer your CEO has, but most professionals never get.
  • Interview and panel-readiness, if that is what you need. For dedicated interview preparation and practice, see our interview prep service →

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this confidential?

Yes. All coaching engagements are confidential by default. Full NDAs are available on request. We never disclose who we work with, in any form.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented. Therapy is clinical and typically addresses psychological or emotional history. We refer clients to qualified therapists when that is clearly the right path, and we do not attempt to do both.

How is this different from mentoring?

Mentors share their own experience and tell you what worked for them. Coaches help you find your own answer by asking better questions. Our coaches do some of both, depending on what is most useful for you in a given session.

Can I use my employer's learning and development budget?

Yes. We can issue invoices directly to your employer and align the programme with their L&D framework and reporting requirements if needed. We have done this before and know how to make it straightforward.

What if my coach is not the right fit?

We offer a free swap to another coach from our team within the first two sessions. No questions, no awkwardness. Getting the match right is more important than the inconvenience of re-matching.

Are sessions in person or remote?

Remote by default, via Zoom or Teams, which works well for senior professionals with demanding schedules. In-person sessions are available in London at an additional fee for those who prefer it.

Are your coaches accredited?

Yes. All our coaches hold professional coaching credentials: ICF (International Coaching Federation), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), CMI Chartered Manager, or BPS Chartered Psychologist. Find Me A Job carries professional indemnity insurance for all coaching engagements.

I am not yet at a senior level. Is coaching right for me?

Yes. Our coaches work with high-potential mid-career professionals navigating significant transitions, not only C-suite. The single session at from £200 is a low-commitment way to find out whether it is the right moment.

Are my session notes private?

Yes. Notes are stored encrypted and are accessible only to you and your coach. We do not use session content for any other purpose.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first package if you decide coaching is not right for you. After that, individual sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

Free to start

Ready to think out loud
with a senior peer?
