The employer registry draws from Companies House, the NHS, the Charity Commission, GIAS, and FTSE constituent data, but coverage on its own would not get you far without the right routing. NHS roles go to NHS Jobs. Finance roles go to eFinancialCareers. Teaching roles go to TES. Tech roles go to the applicant tracking systems those employers actually use, queried directly at source. The search runs every morning before you have opened your laptop, so you are never left wondering whether you forgot to refresh a tab.

A fast first pass filters the obvious misses, then a deeper read checks the ones that score well.

Each posting gets a rapid 0-to-5 score against your CV, your stated search target, your salary floor, and anything you have ruled out. The top-scoring postings are then re-verified on a second, more careful pass. Anything discarded arrives with a one-line reason, such as a level mismatch, a salary below your floor, or a location outside where you want to work, so you can see what we filtered and why. If you disagree with a discard, you can always bring it back.

Auto-apply tools fail on 25 to 40 per cent of non-standard forms and often get accounts flagged by employers, and a bot submitting on your behalf still means a bot representing you to that employer. We pre-fill every field, attach your tailored CV and cover letter, and take you to the submission page, then we stop. You read the completed form, you click Submit, and you mark it applied on your side. Your credibility stays yours, your account stays clean, and you are never caught out by what went out under your name.
